No creamer, sugar or sweetener appears in the ingredient list reviewed. That makes it easy to start with black coffee and add only the finishing touches you prefer.2

When comparing labels elsewhere, look for more than the word “sugar.” Terms such as coconut milk powder, MCT oil powder, nondairy creamer, stevia or monk fruit can describe ingredients that change texture or sweetness. Their presence is not automatically a problem; the point is to know what you are buying.
