Coffee, plus five named mushrooms.

The Amazon listing names these ingredients:2

  • Medium-roast ground coffee
  • Lion’s mane
  • Reishi
  • Cordyceps
  • Turkey tail
  • Chaga

The brand identifies the coffee as USDA Organic, fair trade and single-origin Guatemalan coffee.1 Check the packaging and selected variant when ordering.

Creamer and sweetener are not listed.

No creamer, sugar or sweetener appears in the ingredient list reviewed. Milk, creamer or sweetener may be added after brewing.2

When comparing labels elsewhere, look for more than the word “sugar.” Terms such as coconut milk powder, MCT oil powder, nondairy creamer, stevia or monk fruit can describe ingredients that change texture or sweetness. Their presence is not automatically a problem; the point is to know what you are buying.

Ingredient names are not dose disclosures.

The listing names the mushrooms but does not give an individual amount for each. It also does not establish how much of a mushroom ingredient reaches the finished brewed cup. Do not read a count of five mushrooms as five clinically studied doses.2

A proprietary blend’s total weight would not, by itself, tell you the individual amounts either. Useful additional information would include per-mushroom quantities, species, ingredient form, and testing of the finished preparation. This guide does not invent a Supplement Facts panel or extract ratio.

Quality documentation and evidence limits.

Peak’s brand page states that its products are third-party tested. A general brand statement is not the same as a batch-specific certificate with a named laboratory, method and results. Ask for that documentation when it matters to your decision.1

The reviewed sources document organic coffee, five named mushroom ingredients and a single-serve pod format. For health questions, use the evidence guide rather than inferring a benefit from the label alone.
